Kaitlyn O’Toole has always had a love for music and once dreamt of touring the country with a band. While that didn’t go as planned, she fell in love with radio while in college, and was involved at her college station. Surrounded by music lovers, she learned so much about different styles of music that she never knew existed. Her college radio experiences led her to an internship at WYEP, which turned into an on-air host opportunity a few years after in 2016. She’s always loved the culture at WYEP, whether in the Community Broadcasting Center, through the on-air host personalities, or off-air through music discussions on social media. Her current favorite genres are electronic, dream pop, and indie rock.
