Christian Lee Hutson is an LA musician on the rise, with his latest record, Quitters, just having come out on April 1st. It’s produced by his music friends Phoebe Bridgers and Conor Oberst. Hutson has worked with and written songs for some of the bigger current names in indie rock at the moment (Boygenius and Better Oblivion Community Center). There’s a slow yet melodic build too many of his songs that tear a page or two from the likes of Elliot Smith and Paul Westerberg.
