The Hillman Center for Performing Arts Presents: A Conversation with Michael Pollan

For more than 25 years, University of California-Berkeley professor Michael Pollan has explored the intersections of nature and culture. Named one of Time’s 100 Most Influential People, he lectures widely on food, agriculture, health and the environment.

His six books include the New York Timesbest-sellers Cooked; Food Rules: An Eater’s Manual; In Defense of Food: An Eater’s Manifesto; The Omnivore’s Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals and The Botany of Desire: A Plant’s-Eye View of the World.

Chef Bill Fuller, the mastermind behind Pittsburgh's Big Burrito Restaurant Group, will interview Pollan on stage.
