Prince of Peace Parish will host its annual Summer Festival, Wednesday June 21st - Saturday June 24th (6:00 p.m.-close each night) at the Parish Center and grounds, (81 S. 13th St. – on Pittsburgh’s historic South Side). This year’s festival will bring traditional Carnival stands filled with exciting games of chance and prizes galore; bingo; flea market; raffles & instant games; music; and delicious food from the Carnival kitchen. Daily food specials include: sloppy Joes (Wednesday); manicotti (Thursday); pulled pork (Friday); stuffed cabbage (Saturday). Stop by on Friday for the “Deacon’s Cafe” - enjoy coffee, a treat, and good conversation. Saturday will feature a “Classic Car Cruise” and be sure to bring the kids to explore one of our City’s awesome “Fire Trucks” and learn from its fire team.
